Frank Lay's Thanks

Greetings!

I wish I wore the title of “Wordsmith” so I could adequately convey my appreciation to each of you for your faithful support throughout the trial process. Your financial support enabled us to secure the best legal counsel available. More importantly, your constant prayers to the Father convinced Him to show up and “save the day!” Halleluiah! For your support and His grace I will be eternally grateful.

Robert Smith is my hero. Loyalty, true friendship, character, and model Christian behavior are just a few of the things that come to mind when I think of Robert. Of course, we all know he is smart; marrying Theresa and hiring Billie Peloke are two notable examples. Robert’s leadership in setting up this website and defense fund had a profound impact on our trial's outcome. I ‘m honored to call him friend.

Our attorney Harry Mihet assisted by his peers at Liberty Counsel proved to be the consummate legal team we needed to win. Working pro bono they demonstrated a tenacious spirit towards defending us personally and professionally. Harry’s court demeanor can only be qualified as divinely inspired; his self control, knowledge of law, and preparation for the case were the lynchpins for our adjudication of not guilty verdict.

I pray for blessings on each of you who have frequented this website. I have been humbled, encouraged, and galvanized in spirit by the comments you have forwarded. God had a plan and purpose for this trial. I’m confident He used your efforts and the resources you gave to win the battle. The war continues for our rights for religious expression; I encourage you to stay on the front lines. You and I know we win. Just read the end of the Book. He saved the day on September 17th and is ready to do it again. He’s just a prayer away.

Laus Deo!
