- Please continue to pray. This court desicion did not change the Consent Decree that has
been entered into by the Santa Rosa School Board. Liberty Counsel has entered a Motion To Intervene which will be heard by
Judge Rogers in December. If the judge grants this motion, Liberty Counsel will attempt to renegotiate some of the points
in the Decree to make sure that the rights of ALL involved, including the employees, are protected. That trial will begin
Dec 2, 2009.
