Total contributions as of 10/21/2009: $73,388.64 As you know, Liberty Counsel will be handling the case for the Motion To Intervene before Judge Rodgers on December 2, 2009. We have now presented Libert Counsel with a check for $64,684.68. These funds will be used by them to continue the fight in Santa Rosa Conty and all over the US. Liberty Counsel is requesting the Consent Decree be reconsidered by the court. They believe certain Constitutional rights of Christian employees of the Santa Rosa County School District have been violated by the Decree.This legal fight is expensive so until this case is complete, we will continue to accept contributions to the Lay & Freeman Defense Fund to help Liberty Counsel fund the case. As you know Contributions made to our fund are NOT tax deductible. However, contributions made directly to Liberty Counsel ARE tax deductible.
