-Please be in prayer this week for a VERY IMPORTANT court case. On Wednesday, December 2, at
1:00 PM, Liberty Counsel will be representing the Christian Educators Association International (CEAI) in U. S. District Court,
Pensacola. Christian employees of the Santa Rosa County School District contend the Constitutional rights are being
violated by the Consent Decree agreed to between the school district and the ACLU. Both the school district and the ACLU are strongly
opposed to this request by Liberty Counsel.
If the court allows for the Motion to Intervene, Liberty Counsel will be allow to represent the interest
of these Christian employees before the court. This is so important as it may allow many of the constraints
placed on the employees to be lifted.
As you know, Liberty Counsel has successfully represented Michelle Winkler, Frank Lay and Robert
Freeman in earlier cases before this court.
The hearing is open to the public at the U. S. Federal Courthouse at Palafox and Garden Streets
in downtown Pensacola.
